Managing the responsible pharmacist certificate in a PUI
Update France MVS when the responsible pharmacist changes, then install the certificate in PharmaliZr.
Description
The responsible pharmacist for a facility is designated in the NMVS records at initial installation. In a PUI, that designation underpins the certificate PharmaliZr uses to communicate with France MVS.
When to update France MVS?
When a pharmacist changes or is replaced, France MVS must be updated before the new certificate is installed in the application.
Steps
- Notify the NMVS of the change or replacement of the responsible pharmacist.
- Send a scan of a letter signed by the facility management, stating the change.
- Wait for NMVS confirmation: once the scan is received, the update is made and a confirmation is sent.
- Install the certificate in the PharmaliZr application.
