Create an account and start serialization
Serialize medicine boxes with PharmaliZr.
Description
It is necessary to create an account with the PharmaliZr application to be able to serialize your medicine boxes.
Your account will be linked to the certificate that was issued to you by the NMVS. This certificate allows you to communicate with the European database securely. All communications made to the NMVO are recorded in the database.
If you already have a PharmaliZr serialization account, you must log in to serialize your first medicine box.
To create a user account, simply click on the CREATE ACCOUNT button from the PharmaliZr application home page.
When you create a PharmaliZr account, you are asked to provide personal information (please read our personal data protection policy).
You must confirm the creation of your PharmaliZr account by confirming your email to finalize the account creation.
Reminder
The user is legally responsible for serialization actions. Do not let anyone serialize on your behalf, as you would be held liable.
